Contract From America

As you all are aware several tea party coalitions are preparing a "Contract from America." Which may remind one of Newt Gingrich's Contract with America. There is a fundamental difference between the two contracts in that the latter was written by politicians for politicians, the former is being written by the people for the politicians.

Organizers have unveiled a new website thecontract.org where Americans can vote on the ten most important issues that they feel politicians should address. Voting ends on April 15 so please go vote on your top 10 issues. Never before in US history has such a contract been formalized. It should be proposed that this contract must serve as a litmus test for tea party candidate support.
